Returns & Refunds
At Mesay, each ritual begins with intention, and we extend that same care to our customer experience.
If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a window for thoughtful returns. Please see the guidelines below.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition.

You must provide proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of our formulations and for reasons of hygiene and product integrity, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@mesay.nz with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 2 business days to guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are not issued for items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an item in error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
